Click on “Click to Add” to enter the next Column name. The first column (ID) is auto-generated by Access and serves as the default primary key. To add the Regular Expenses table, use the right-hand side tab. (Do note that where more than one column is highlighted in blue, the combination together is unique.) The columns highlighted in blue are unique and can hence be used as the primary key.
